Wuhan plastic Machinery General Factory has 40 years of
experience in making series single screw extruder which enjoy good
reputation due to it's reliable performance and high efficiency.

Series single screw extruder ranges from 30 mm to 150 mm with
L/D ratio between 20 to 38 .It consists of driving, extrusion,
dosing and control system.Extrusion parts such as barrel and screw are made of high strength anti-corrosive alloy with hardness between  HV840-950 after nitridation.

If necessary,bi-metall screw and barrel can also be provided.

With motors we have electromagenetic speed adjustable,commutator,
frequence converter and DC types. Furthermore , home made and imported parts are available in our supply range for customer's choice.

To meet various processing needs, following screw designs can be provided.

    4.recyclate pelletizing   5. pelletizing directly from powder

SJS 80×18 parallel twin screw extruder is made with know-how transfer from Cincinnati Milacron Austria ,It consists of extrusion system, batch dosing unit, vacuum venting system ,reducer, distribution gear box ,heating-cooling system ,screw core temperature control unit ,electric control system (including warning unit for motor torque guarding unit).

The machine is advanced in design ,compact in structure ,fine in performance and good in appearance .

It features the following:

  1.It can directly process powder especially for PVC extrusion.

  2.Twin screw rotation in counter direction towards outside makes material
flow in an octagonal way which satisfied with conveying ,compressing, mixing,
degassing, plasticizing requirements in processing.

  3.Special oil-temperature heating system in the screw core guarantees
stable extrusion quality.

  4.Six different screw design can ensure quality extrusion of pipe, profile
and pellet of different polymers.

  5.It is stable in operation and has other features such as  energy saving,
low cost ,high output and long life.

SJS 40×20 SJS65×26 SJS80×24 and SJS 100×22 parallel twin screw extruders are new products with combination of more than two decades of experience on the production of twin screw extruders.

Besides some features of SJS 80×18,the new extruders have specialities
such as 2 in 1 for reducer and distribution box ,thus meet requirements for high precision and high strength ,exclusive pre- heating feeding unit raise production efficiency.

SJSZ series conical twin screw extruder is made with our exclusive
technology and by digesting imported know-how on CM80 parallel twin
screw extruder.

It consists of extrusion system ,batch dosing unit , vacuum venting unit, reducer,distribution gear box , heating and cooling system ,special screw core temperature control system ,electric control system including the warning unit and guarding unit of motor torque. The extruder is advanced in design ,compact in structure, fine in quality ,good in appearance . With die heads and molds together with downstream equipments, it can make pipe, profile, film ,sheet and pellet .

SJSZ65 conical twin screw extruder

1) It is specially suitable for processing PVC and directly extrudate dry powder with a high output.    2)The conical twin screws rotating in counter direction towards outside make the material flow in an octagonal way ,thus satisfied with conveying, compressing, mixing ,degassing ,platicizing requirement in the processing.    3)Special oil temperature heating system in the screw core guarantees stable quality of extrusion.    4)It is easy to mount and dismount barrel and screw.    5)It is safe and stable in operation with other features of low energy consumption, low cost ,high output and long service life.    6)The temperature controller and key parts  are all imported.

SJST 54  60 73 82 Co-rotating twin screw extruder Series SJST co-rotating twin screw extruders are used for the manufacture of compounding and modification of engineering plastic. The machines use block construction concept .The L/D ratio ,venting stage and pelletizing method are at customer's choice. High speed extruders have efficient functions of transfering, self -cleaning and mixing. Some control parts are imported and therefore efficient,reliable ,and economic. The usage scopes of SJST extruder are reinforcement, inorganic additives loading, compounding, modification and concentration of various engineering plastic such as PP,PA,ABS, PBT and etc.
