Series plastic composite film lines made by Wuhan Plastic Machinery General Factory can be used for making composite films between PE film and paper、weaving bag、OPP film、aluminum and etc.
The total line includes extruder、T-die、unwinder、composite unit、rewinder、control unit、pneumatic unit as well as edge correcting device、static eliminator、tension control device and etc.
Die pressure can be adjusted by a valve with a filter in the cross die head.
T-die is made with coathanger manifold structure with polished and Cr-harden flow channel which improves the quality of extrusion.
Edge correcting device can automatically guarantee the edge of winding.
Static eliminator makes the quality of winding much better.
Temperature of cool roll is adjustable. Silicone roll makes film more flexible .
Tension control device can adjust tension to meet various requirements.

SJGM-2×65-1600 blown film line is made specially to produce 2-layer coextrusion dripless film.The coex dripless film is good at anti-ageing、transparency and anti-wist,thus it is an ideal replacement for common greenhouse film .The line comprises of two extruders, die head,air-ring, haul-off and control cabinet. Our factory can also provide SJFM-3000、4000、5000 multi-layer co-ex blown film lines .
